How long should a company take to repair a leak?

Although there are no set time limits for companies to find and repair leaks, we would expect the company to try and identify the source of leaks and make repairs as quickly as possible. Priority is likely to be given to major bursts on water mains. Repairs are also prioritised depending on whether a leak is a danger to either pedestrians or traffic and where people are without water or their properties are being flooded.
