Vacancy: Senior Complaints Analyst
Salary - Circa £30,000 pa

The Water Services Regulation Authority (Ofwat) is the economic regulator of the water and sewerage industry in England and Wales. Our role is to seek value for consumers.
You will be responsible for investigating and resolving complaints and disputes from customers within Ofwat's jurisdiction, and managing analysts involved in similar work. In addition you will have the opportunity to use your findings to influence policy development.
The successful applicant will:
- Be educated to degree level or equivalent
- Have proven record of problem solving with experience in dealing with complaints or disputes to investigating cases
- Be able to analyse new situations, challenge issues and develop fair and sensible solutions
- Be confident and personable
- Have clear and assertive communication skills both written and oral
- Be self motivated and capable of motivating colleagues
