Levels of service for the water industry in England and Wales: 2004-2005 report - Addition, Southern Water
Southern Water has recently brought to Ofwat's attention certain inconsistencies in its levels of service procedures. This has led to inaccuracies in the data reported to us. The cause of these irregularities is being investigated by forensic auditors appointed jointly by Ofwat and Southern Water. The company has also reported the irregularities to the Serious Fraud Office. Southern Water have given us an assurance that any customers who have lost out will be reimbursed.
