We enclose a copy of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), agreed recently, which sets out the working arrangements and describes the relationship between Ofwat on the one hand and the ONCC and CSCs on the other.

A copy of the MoU has been sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and to the National Assembly for Wales. It has also been published on the Ofwat website.
