Re: Licence Condition N

Following the consultation set out in MD192 please find attached the revised wording to the condition.

The consultation feedback generally supported the condition change. One company said the proportionate share for each company should be based on customer numbers instead of turnover. This is not consistent with the rest of Condition N and would not be as reliable as audited annual turnover figures.
