WATER SUPPLY LICENSING (WSL) CUSTOMER TRANSFER PROTOCOL

I enclose the customer transfer protocol (CTP), which I hereby serve on you in accordance with condition of appointment S 1(a)(ii). The CTP provides a clear, simple and standardised process for the timely and efficient transfer of customers between suppliers. By virtue of condition of appointment S you must comply with all aspects of the CTP. This includes being a full member of the CTP forum.
