INTERIM REPORT ON ALLEGATIONS MADE AGAINST SEVERN TRENT WATER

In MD 209: Reliability of regulatory information, I set out the importance of reliable regulatory information and highlighted companies' obligations to provide information that is reliable, accurate and complete.

In light of those obligations I draw your attention to our interim report on the allegations made against Severn Trent Water. A copy of the report is attached to this letter.
