Dear Managing Director

Water supply licensing (WSL) – revised condition of appointment R

I enclose your revised condition of appointment R, which comes into effect on 1 September 2006. This condition is being modified following our consultation on 28 June 2006 (WSL 06/06). We received 25 responses and there was unanimous agreement to our proposal.

These modifications have been made using the powers under paragraph 4 of Schedule 4 to the Water Act 2003.

A copy of these modifications will be held on Ofwat's Register.
