The notices of application for water supply licences set out below are from companies that want to enter the new regime. The notices of application have been made pursuant to section 17F of the Water Industry Act 1991 (as inserted by the Water Act 2003 and the Water Supply Licence (Applications) Regulations, SI 2005 No.1638).
We invite representations or objections to each notice of application. Representations or objections should be sent to Christina Chadwick in our Competition Policy Team. Each notice specifies the time and date by which any representations or objections must be received by us, which in every case is 20 working days after the date of publication of the relevant notice of application on this site.
Please note that we will ordinarily share all responses to a notice of application with the relevant applicant.
