Report by independent Steering Group
into the conduct of the 2004 Ofwat periodic review
The independent Steering Group commissioned by Ofwat in December 2004 has now completed its review into the way Ofwat carried out its 2004 periodic review. The Steering Group has published its report (A report into the conduct of the 2004 periodic review) to Ofwat.
The Steering Group has also published the external evidence it has commissioned in the course of its review including: - A report (External Stakeholder Survey) by Accent Marketing, an external market research company, which the Steering Group commissioned to research the views of external stakeholders.
- A summary of the audit report (Internal Audit Report – Executive Summary), undertaken by Ofwat's internal auditors – KPMG, on whether the periodic review reflected the process Ofwat said it would follow.
