Your views on Ofwat's Periodic review 2004
requested by independent steering group

Ofwat set price limits for the water and sewerage companies in England and Wales for the period 2005 to 2010 in December 2004. Ofwat has appointed a Steering Group to examine the way Ofwat carried out this review of price limits. The Steering Group's terms of reference are available at the following link: Review of Periodic Review 2004. Steering Group: terms of reference.

As part of the periodic review the Steering Group has commissioned Accent Marketing and Research to gather feedback from a range of external stakeholders. Accent have already sent a postal questionnaire to some stakeholders on behalf of the Steering Group. However, the Steering Group would welcome views from all interested parties. So if you have not received the questionnaire, but would like to take part in the review of the periodic review 2004, please set out your views on any or all of the questions set out below.

Please send your comments to ReviewPR04@ofwat.gsi.gov.uk by Tuesday 31 May 2005. The Steering Group will consider the views of all stakeholders in making its recommendations to the Ofwat Board on what can be learned from the process. The Steering Group expect to publish its report around the end of July. The report will be made available on the Ofwat website.

Your comments will be treated in confidence and will not be attributed to you or your organisation in any report published by the Steering Group.
