Phase two timetable

May/June 2003	Meet with companies and their reporters while they develop their draft business plans for submission in August 2003.
June 2003	June returns - company annual reports for 2002-03 submitted to Ofwat.
August 2003	Companies submit draft business plans (subsequently, companies will publish summaries.)
October 2003	Publication identifying issues emerging from draft business plans.
October 2003 - December 2003	Provide feedback to companies on their draft business plan submissions.
November 2003	Ofwat meet WaterVoice to hear views on draft business plans.
December 2003	Provide companies with details of 2005-06 programmes.
December 2003	Publish results of joint customer research.
January 2004	Ministers provide final guidance on the required quality programme.
