Price review 2009 (PR09)
Phase 4: – Implementation of price limits and evaluation of the price review

Companies will have to decide whether to accept the price limits we will set in November 2009 or to seek referral to the Competition Commission.

In January/ February 2010 we will approve the companies' charges schemes for 2010 – 2015, setting out how the price limits translate into customers' bills.

Each company will publish a monitoring plan in April 2010. These plans will set out for customers the service that will be delivered with the new price limits.

The new price limits will come into effect on 1 April 2010. We will carry out an evaluation of the price review process during April to September 2010. The report will be published on this website.
