Access code guidance: Consultation paper From autumn 2005 new legislation will make it possible for large non-household water customers to switch from their existing supplier to a new water supply licensee by using an existing supplier's water supply system. This consultation paper sets out the proposed framework under which an existing supplier will permit access to its water supply system.
