The future of charging
In December 2009 the final report of Anna Walker's independent review of charging and metering for water and sewerage services was published. In April 2011, the Department for Food, the Environment and Rural Affairs (Defra), and the Welsh Assembly Government announced consultations in response to the Walker review.
