Water Direct

Water Direct is a scheme run by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) where payment for water bills is deducted directly from benefits.

You may be eligible if you are in debt to your water company, and you are receiving on of the following income-related benefits:

  • Income Support
  • income-based Job Seekers Allowance
  • Employment and Support Allowance
  • Pension Credit

To apply for Water Direct, you should contact your water company, or the DWP.
