Horizon scanning
To provide the insight we need to take a risk-based approach to all our regulatory activities, we are:
- developing systems for gathering and assessing information and intelligence (‘horizon scanning’)
- developing a strategic picture of how to use our resources to bring maximum benefits to consumers
- assessing the potential needs for regulatory or enforcement action
We plan to deliver this work in spring 2012.
