IB 15/14: Ofwat publishes consultation to modify licences

Ofwat has today published a statutory consultation to modify water companies’ licences. The change is to enable funding for the programme to develop retail market arrangements ahead of all non-household customers being able to choose their water supplier in 2017.

The consultation is available to view on https://www.ofwat.gov.uk/.
