How can we help if you have a complaint?
If you have a complaint about your water company you must speak or write to them in the first instance. Each company has a complaints procedure and you can request a copy from them.
If, after following their complaints procedure, you are still not satisfied with their response you can ask the Consumer Council for Water to investigate your complaint.
