Roger Dunshea joined Ofwat in December 1997 as Director of Operations. He is responsible for finance, facilities, human resources, information systems and business planning.
Roger previously worked in a variety of clinical and managerial positions in the NHS. He was an executive director of the North Wales Health Authority before joining Ofwat.
