Business Customer Forum
Background
In July 2010 Ofwat established the Business Customer Forum in order to provide an avenue for engaging with non-household customers.
The purpose of the forum
The Business Customer Forum exists in order to communicate the progress of Ofwat’s major project work and to inform the development of its policies and practices in relation to:
- the use of market mechanisms in the water sector
- customer charging
- customer engagement
- other relevant issues for business customers
The forum will generally meet on a quarterly basis. The Terms of Reference for the forum are available.
