PR09 Phase 2
During phase 2 of the price review, the water companies submitted their draft business plans, informed by cost benefit analysis and including a 25 year forward look. We issued final business plan reporting requirements. Joint stakeholder research into consumers' views on issues arising from the draft business plans also took place.
