Ofwat has reissued the document 'Capital expenditure for 2010-15: Ofwat's view on companies' draft business plans'. This replaces the version issued on 19th December, which contained an error in efficiency calculations applied to sewerage infrastructure. The correction has the effect of (1) increasing Ofwat's 'draft baseline' view of sewerage service capital expenditure for 2010-15 by £0.1 billion to £10.6 billion (the figures for total capital expenditure for the same period correspondingly increase from £19 billion to £19.1 billion); (2) amending the sewerage service draft CIS ratios for individual companies (as set out in the document).
