Decisions and determinations
In phase 3 of the review we will make the critical decisions on what price limits should be for all the water companies in England and Wales.
In April 2009, we received final business plans from the companies.
In July 2009, we published our draft determinations and began consulting on our draft proposals. We published our final determinations in November 2009.
