In December 2014 we set business retail price controls which applied from 1 April 2015 for a period of two years – taking account of representations from water companies (including those operating wholly or mainly in Wales) that there would be advantages in reviewing these arrangements before the English market opens in April 2017. This document confirms our approach to the review of the business retail price controls, including our intention to set the next business retail price controls for a duration of three years.
