On 17 August 2016, Ofwat began a consultation on a proposal to grant a new appointment to Icosa Water Limited to become the water and sewerage provider for a site in Anglian Water's water and sewerage supply area called West Raynham. The consultation ended on 16 September 2016. During the consultation period, we received representations from two organisations, which we considered in making our decision. This notice gives our reasons for making this new appointment. On 21 October 2016, we granted Icosa Water a new appointment to enable it to supply water and sewerage services to the site.
