In our final determination we said that companies would have the opportunity to consider its final determination before making menu choices by 16 January 2015. To calculate the wholesale K factors in our final determinations, we used the menu position implied by the totex in company business plans – but companies could choose a different position.
Six companies chose a different position on the menu from that used in the final determinations. The final menu choices were as follows.
