Customers' views
It is important for us to be aware of what customers think about key issues like drought and water restrictions. We undertake regular market research to find out customers' views. We commission our own work, as well as working in partnership with other organisations such as CCWater, Defra and Water UK.
We also monitor the results of work carried out by water companies and other organisations.
