Lisa joined Ofwat in 2017 as Senior Director and leads our corporate enablers teams – People, IT, facilities, finance, procurement and change. Prior to this, she was Director of Customer Services and Transformation at Coventry City Council and gained experience in a number of senior roles over 11 years ranging from the development and delivery of complex infrastructure projects through to corporate transformation programmes to deliver income and efficiencies. Before this Lisa has seven years of private sector experience at KPMG and Deloitte, working alongside the public sector delivering audit and consultancy work. Lisa is a qualified CIPFA accountant and MHA Trustee.
