Claire joined Ofwat as Senior Director in October 2013. She is responsible for all Ofwat’s external and internal communications. Claire has made a career out of regulatory-style comms, having worked as Director of Comms at the Advertising Standards Authority and the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman before joining Ofwat. She also has a part-time teaching role at the University of Westminster, where she teaches on masters courses in communications and social change.
