About Consultation
We are consulting on setting rules that cover charging for new connection services for water companies whose areas are wholly or mainly in Wales. We are looking for stakeholder views on the general approach we take to setting these charging rules as well as views on specific charging rules. We are also asking for the views of the relevant water companies in Wales on proposed changes to their licences that would be necessary in order to introduce these new charging rules.
