About Consultation
We invite stakeholders to comment on our proposals in respect of direct procurement for customers within PR19 final determinations to include (i) a bespoke uncertainty mechanism and (ii) an outcome delivery incentive. We will
consider the comments we receive and set out our final decisions when we publish the PR19 final determinations on 11 December 2019.
