About Consultation

This document sets out our consultation on return on regulatory capital value (RCV) calculations in the financial model for the 2024 price review (PR24). An external review of the PR24 financial model suggests that our current approach over-remunerates companies. This could have a material impact on revenues, and we are therefore consulting with interested parties on whether we should change the calculation approach in the PR24 financial model and, if so, which new approach we should adopt.
