This document invites comments on proposals of the Water Services Regulation Authority (Ofwat) to modify Condition B (Charges) of the conditions of the appointments (licences) of Hafren Dyfrdwy Cyfyngedig (Hafren Dyfrdwy) as a water undertaker and as a sewerage undertaker.
In summary, the proposed licence modifications are to resolve company-specific issues and inconsistencies identified in Condition B of Hafren Dyfrdwy’s water and sewerage licences.
How to respond
This document invites comments on proposed modifications to the water and sewerage licence conditions for Hafren Dyfrdwy.
We invite stakeholders to comment on the proposed modifications by 30 August 2019. Hafren Dyfrdwy, as the water company concerned, should also indicate its acceptance or otherwise of the proposed modifications by this date.
