This document invites comments on our proposal to modify conditions A, B and C of the conditions of the appointment (licence) of Cholderton and District Water Company Limited (Cholderton Water) as a water undertaker. The proposed modification will simplify the 2015-20 price control for Cholderton Water and bring the provisions about setting future price controls into line with those for the other water companies for whom we currently set individual price controls. This document (including the attached appendices) is a Notice under section 13 of the WIA91.
