About Consultation

The impacts of Covid-19 have been felt across the whole of the UK economy. Government and Regulators have been acting together to support businesses though this period, with Government providing substantial financial support to business, economy wide.

Working closely with the market operator, MOSL, we have taken a number of steps to further protect the interests of business customers in the water sector. We committed to review and consult on next steps early in the summer, which is the focus of this consultation. This consultation identifies and seeks views on a number of options and in the document we summarise the proposals we are currently minded to implement.

Where to send submissions

We welcome stakeholder views on the questions detailed in Appendix 1 and 2 of the document by 5pm on Thursday 16 July 2020.
