During the 2019 price review (PR19) we set specific performance commitments for water companies to deliver for their customers, the environment and wider society. These measures represent the levels of service that companies commit to deliver and are linked to corresponding incentives to achieve these levels of performance over the 2020-25 period (from 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2025).
When making the PR19 final determinations, we provided for changes and corrections to be made to performance commitments during the 2020-25 period in the prescribed circumstances set out in Annex 2 of each company’s ‘Outcomes performance commitment appendix’. In summary, these circumstances are:
- the correction of unambiguous errors;
- relevant changes to third–party materials in performance commitment definitions;
- improvements to performance commitment definitions that are in customers’ interests; and
- bespoke adjustments in prescribed circumstances set out in individual performance commitments.
Annex 2 specifies the procedures we expect companies to follow if a change or correction is proposed. We document unambiguous errors by issuing corrigenda. Other changes are recorded in the relevant company’s change log. In the tables below, we set out all such corrigenda and the change logs for each company, as well as corresponding consultations and decision documents.
We also link to each company’s ‘Outcome performance commitment appendix’ as published at the December 2019 final determinations and will shortly provide a consolidated version that we will update from time to time with the changes and corrections that we make. For the full definitions of common and some comparable performance commitments, see the outcomes definitions for PR19.
