This document provides notice under section 20(1) of the Water Industry Act 1991 (the ‘Act’) that the Water Services Regulation Authority proposes to make a final enforcement order to Tor Water Limited under section 18(1) of the Act, to secure its compliance with the directions issued on 29 May 2019, and which came into effect on 30 May 2019, under sections 66DA and 117F of the Act and the Water Supply and Sewerage Licence Standard Conditions, Part A, Conditions 4 and 8.
