About Consultation
We propose granting a variation of appointment to Icosa Water Services Limited (“IWS”) as a sewerage company and varying the appointment of South West Water (“SWB”) as a sewerage company. This notice is a consultation on this proposal under section 8(3) of the Water Industry Act 1991.
