We propose granting a variation of appointment to Independent Water Networks Limited as a water and sewerage company and varying the appointments of Affinity Water Limited as a water company and Anglian Water Services Limited as a sewerage company.
IWN has applied for a variation to its appointments to be able to provide water and sewerage services to a site called Bidwell West in Houghton. Bidwell West is in AFW’s water supply area and ANH’s sewerage services area. The Site will consist of about 1,800 domestic properties and 14 non-domestic properties. IWN has advised that the site will be fully built out by about 2027.
