About Consultation
This notice is a consultation on the proposal by Ofwat to grant a variation of appointment to Independent Water Networks Limited as a water and sewerage company and make consequential variations to the appointments of Anglian Water Service Limited as a water company and Severn Trent Water Limited as a sewerage company.
Having considered any representations submitted during the consultation period in response to the consultation, Ofwat will decide whether or not to grant a variation of appointment to Independent Water Networks Limited as a water and sewerage company and make the consequential variations to the appointments of Anglian Water Service Limited as a water company and Severn Trent Water Limited as a sewerage company.
