About Consultation
We propose granting a variation of appointment to Icosa Water Services Limited (“Icosa Water”) as a sewerage company and varying the appointment of Wessex Water Services Limited (“Wessex Water”) as a sewerage company. This notice is a consultation on this proposal under section 8(3) of the Water Industry Act 1991 (“WIA91”).

On 17 November 2020 Icosa Water informed us that the boundary of the Site has been extended to include an additional property. The deadline has been extended by 14 days to 14 December 2020.
