About Consultation
We propose granting a variation to the appointments of Icosa Water Services Limited (“Icosa Water’’) as a sewerage company and varying the appointment of Southern Water Services Limited (“Southern Water”) as a sewerage company. This notice is a consultation on this proposal under section 8(3) of the Water Industry Act 1991 (“WIA91”).
