We propose granting a variation of appointment to Icosa Water Services Limited (“Icosa”) as a sewerage company and varying the appointment of Thames Water Utilities Limited (“Thames Water”) as a sewerage company.
Icosa has applied for a variation to its appointment to be able to provide sewerage services to a site called Dovers Corner (“the Site”). The supply of water services will remain with Thames Water. Site boundary maps can be viewed in Section 8 of this document.
The Site is located in Rainham, Essex and is within the sewerage services area of Thames Water. When fully built, the Site will comprise 394 residential properties. Icosa expects the Site to be completed by 2024.
