About Consultation
We propose granting a variation of appointment to Icosa Water Services Limited as a water and sewerage company and varying the appointment of South East Water Limited as a water company, and Southern Water Services Limited as a sewerage company. This notice is a consultation on this proposal under section 8(3) of the Water Industry Act 1991 (“WIA91”).
Icosa Water Services Limited (“IWS”) has applied for a variation to its appointment to be able to provide sewerage services to a site called Ospringe Site A (“the Site”). The Site is in the water services area of South East Water Limited, and the sewerage services area of Southern Water Services Limited. If granted, IWS will provide water and sewerage services to will serve 123 residential customers. IWS has advised that the Site is likely to be fully built out by 2021. IWS proposes to provide sewerage services to the Site by way of a bulk supply agreement and a bulk discharge agreement.
