About Consultation
We propose granting a Variation of appointment to Independent Water Networks Limited (“Independent Water Networks”) as a water company and varying the appointment of United Utilities Water Limited (“United Utilities”) as a water company.
This notice is a consultation on this proposal under section 8(3) of the Water Industry Act 1991 (“WIA91”).
