About Consultation

We propose granting a variation of appointment to Independent Water Networks Limited (“Independent Water Networks”) as a water and sewerage company and varying the appointment of Thames Water Utilities Limited (“Thames Water”) as a water and sewerage company. This notice is a consultation on this proposal under section 8(3) of the Water Industry Act 1991 (“WIA91”).
