About Consultation
We propose granting a variation of appointment to Leep Networks (Water) Ltd (“Leep Networks”) as a water and sewerage company and varying the appointment of Southern Water Services Ltd (“Southern Water”) as a sewerage company and Sutton & East Surrey Water Plc. (“Sutton & East Surrey’’) as a water company. This notice is a consultation on this proposal under section 8(3) of the Water Industry Act 1991 (“WIA91”).
