About Consultation
We propose granting a variation of appointment to Leep Networks (Water) Limited (“Leep Networks”) as a water and sewerage company and varying the appointment of Bristol Water PLC (“Bristol Water”) as a water company and varying the appointment of Wessex Water Services Limited (“Wessex Water”) as a sewerage company. This notice is a consultation on this proposal under section 8(3) of the Water Industry Act 1991 (“WIA91”).
