About Consultation
We propose granting a variation of appointment to Independent Water Networks Limited (Independent Water Networks) as a water and sewerage company and varying the appointment of Southern Water Services Limited (Southern Water) as a water company. This notice is a consultation on this proposal under section 8(3) of the Water Industry Act 1991 (WIA91).
